Terms & Conditions

Last updated: April 2026

By using this website or buying our services you agree to the terms below. We’ve kept the language plain. If anything is unclear, email hello@yourdomain.com before you order.

1. About these terms

These terms form an agreement between you and LeadIreland, a web-design business based in Cork, Ireland. They cover your use of this website and any services you buy from us.

2. Our service

LeadIreland designs and builds landing pages and small websites for businesses. The exact deliverables, timeline, and scope are agreed in writing (by email) before work starts. Anything not listed in that scope is not included.

We typically deliver a first draft within 72 hours and a final live page within 7–14 days, depending on the plan and your feedback time.

3. No guarantees of specific results

We design pages using best-practice conversion principles, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes (number of leads, sales, ranking on Google, etc.). Results depend on your offer, traffic, market, and many factors outside our control. Any examples or numbers we share are illustrative, not a promise.

4. Payment terms

5. Revisions and feedback

Each plan includes a reasonable number of revision rounds during the build. We’ll keep refining your page until it reflects what we agreed in scope. Significant changes outside the agreed scope may be quoted as additional work.

6. Intellectual property

Once you have paid in full, the final website (text we wrote for you, layout, custom graphics) belongs to you. You can host it where you like and modify it freely.

We retain ownership of:

Stock photos, fonts, and third-party assets remain under their original licences.

7. Your responsibilities

You confirm that any text, images, logos, or other content you give us is either yours or that you have permission to use it. You are responsible for the accuracy of business information (prices, claims, contact details) on your finished page.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by Irish law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total amount you paid us for the project in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost profits, business interruption, lost data, etc.).

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

9. Privacy

How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your project is the one published on the day you ordered.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be handled by the Irish courts.
